Murphy partners with Blue Apple

Blue Apple has announced a new partnership with Ben Murphy, chef patron at Launceston Place in Kensington, London, and featured on the BBC Great British Menu 2021. He has agreed to an exclusive partnership with the caterer on a consultancy basis, co-hosting events for clients and delivering workshops for the Blue Apple chef and culinary team.

Murphy said: “I am very excited to be working with the team at Blue Apple. I’ve always wanted to give back to the industry, and this is an incredible opportunity, I feel, for me to showcase my experience and passion for what I love to do.”

Chris Ribaudo, culinary director for Blue Apple, added: “I am super-excited to be working alongside Ben and I know his skills and passion will be a credit to our business. Welcome onboard, chef!”
