Since taking over the contract five years ago, Sodexo has demonstrated its commitment to making meaningful change, having identified a number of improvement opportunities to enhance the lived experience of those based at HMNB Portsmouth. These have included changes to the retail facilities and the introduction of its Mindful Active Programme, which offers health and wellbeing guidance to military personnel.
